White Bear, Tewkesbury

This pub doesn't look much from outside, but you get from the small car park in through the door and find a bustling local. This is obviously a very popular pub. The pub had a modern, white look inside but somehow came across full of character and was cosy and warm. A live band was playing

There were four beers on when we went, two from the Slater's brewery and Draught Bass. The forth was "the Bear's Tipple" which was obviously brewed for the pub. Prices for the beer ranged from £1.80 to £2.00 - not bad! That probably explains why it was packed at 1630 on a Sunday afternoon.
