Pen-y-Bryn, Colwyn Bay

Busy gastropub with an interesting beer collection. It was fairly full on a Tuesday night - loaded with Diners. You'll know why if you try the food (especially the lemon tart). The front of the pub is lined with books giving something of a library feel about it.
