Nice to see Whittingtons beer again. This was a good winter special. And the brewery says...
Winters Tail
5.1% a lovely dark traditional winter ale, plenty of crystal and a generous amount of chocolate malt giving you a nice smooth finish. Brewed with Goldings hops, and a touch of Northdown and Crystal, which allows for a pleasant hoppy and slightly nutty taste, an absolute must for those cold winter nights by the fire.
