Brewed by Timothy Taylors of Keighley, West Yorkshire.

Described by the brewers as A dark, strong beer that has a reputation as a 'Winter Warmer'. Wholesome and satisfying, this mellow beer has body and depth, leaving a pleasant fruity afterglow.4.3% ABV

It was, for some strange reason, described in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide as "Landlord with Caramel" which is most certainly isn't.

There is more discussion of this at The Beer Advocate where the comment that it also includes "roasted hops" is made.

Does anyone know? It seems difficult to believe that two beers as wonderful and distinctive as Landlord and Ram Tam are almost the same.
