Hmmmm....hoppy stuff. Here's what ratebeer says:
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION As the name suggests, we’ve used just one variety of hop in this pale golden ale. Brewed with just low colour Maris Otter malt and a little wheat for head retention, we’ve selected some of the more “interesting” hops and added several bucket loads to each brew. Currently we’re using an American variety, Simcoe. Expect a complex piney / citrus / passionfruit flavour and aroma.
