COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION As the name suggests, we’ve used just one variety of hop in this pale golden ale. Brewed with just low colour Maris Otter malt and a little wheat for head retention, we’ve selected some of the more “interesting” hops and added several bucket loads to each brew. Currently we’re using Bramling Cross, usually found in darker beers and known for its blackcurrant flavour and aroma.
