This is our modern version of a 19th century IPA. English Hops through and through this crisp India Pale Ale. Pale ale using only Maris Otter barley. Dry hopped for an intense spicy hop aroma, sweet citrus fruit notes balance the bitter edge of hops, lingering and moreish.
