Tribute is a rather nice beer brewed by St Austell Brewery .

Roger Protz says of it "Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit from the Willemette hops. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter”.

It has become traditional at those few pubs that serve Tribute for one of Nick and Steve to say to the other "This is not The Greatest Beer in the World, no. This is just a Tribute.". This isn't really fair to Tribute, which is a particularly fine beer, but that's the way things go.

We don't think anyone else has worked out what we are on about yet. If they want to find out, they'll have to be a bit more Tenacious in their research.
